Returns & Exchange
Some items that are full price are eligible for returns within 14 days of their delivery date. Please raise a return request via quoting the order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns for accessories unless damaged. There are some brands that may ship directly to you and will have the return policy clearly highlighted in their product description.
Returned goods should retain original tags and should not have been used or washed. Goods that are damaged or without tags will be returned to the customer.
If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: email@example.com with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details within 2 days of delivery. We will process the refund request only once our team has received the product and reviewed the damage.
Please note that we are a slow fashion platform and our pieces are limited edition and one of a kind. Please be mindful of what goes into making these items and avoid taking advantage of the return policy. We appreciate your cooperation.
An exchange request should be raised via email quoting the order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will try to accommodate your exchange request to the best of our ability but please bear in mind that our collections are limited edition and in many instances single variants. If we’re not able to process a size change request, we’ll provide you with a refund.
Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. Please note, that should the fault be ours (fabric damage, colour damage, packaging damage), we will contact you to arrange a pick up.
In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.
