What is Cōnscius Collective?

We are an online boutique that curates a unique selection of sustainable fashion and lifestyle products. All our partner brands are selected using a thorough vetting process and produce very small quantities for a design. Most pieces are unique and cannot be replicated.  More details about our concept can be found in the About us section

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. You can either place an order by creating an account or simply select the item and quantity you’d like and checkout as a guest. We recommend you create an account to track you order history, payments and wishlist. If you have any further questions, please email hello@consciuscollective.com.

How do I know that the items I am purchasing are sustainable?

We select brands across 6 ethical values of sustainability. Each brand must meet at least two of the six values. We provide details about the brand in the brand section and the product details will include the ethics they meet for your reference. If you have any doubts about the product, do contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with more information.

Can I return items and get refunds?

Returns and refunds are definitely possible but please keep in mind that we are a small shop with bespoke pieces so we are unable to meet the standards of a fast fashion retailer. However, your experience is our utmost priority and we will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. Please read the details of our return policy to find out more.

Am I liable to pay any taxes & duties?

We ship internationally where some countries may have duties & taxes on imports that will need to be paid. This will be the responsibility of the customer. Please read the shipping policy carefully and also product details where delivery/return policy may be different depending on the brand and their location.
